Administration Officer

Job Description

  • Prepare letter for client, vendor or internal
  • Conduct hundreds of cold calling on daily basis
  • Put customer first before yourself
  • Back up Research, Operation and or Event Team
  • Sending progress reports to training participants
  • Sending the final report to the training participants
  • Explains information about invoices, invoice format links, how to create invoices

Job Requirement

  • Have minimum 4 years experience in Administration
  • Have attention to detail and well-organized
  • Highly literate with Information and Communication Technology
  • Highly literate with social media
  • Highly literate with Mailchimp
  • Be a team worker, as well as, an independent initiator and self-starter
